Then just ask: "tell me when…"

Connect Zerowhen to your AI assistant once, and it can make watchers for you, check what they found, change them and explain what things cost. It uses MCP, the open standard for connecting AI apps to services. You sign in to Zerowhen once, and you can disconnect at any time.

Claude (claude.ai, the desktop and mobile apps)

  1. On claude.ai, open Customize → Connectors (in some versions: Settings → Connectors).
  2. Click +, then Add custom connector.
  3. Name it Zerowhen and paste https://app.zerowhen.com/mcp.
  4. Claude then shows its settings with the right ones already chosen (marked Detected): Authentication Sign in now, OAuth client Register automatically. Change nothing, add no request headers, and click Add.
  5. Click Connect and sign in to Zerowhen (an emailed code, or your API token).
  6. Claude shows Zerowhen's tools in two groups. We suggest Read-only tools: Always allow (they only look at your watchers and results) and Write/delete tools: Needs approval (Claude asks before it creates, changes or deletes a watcher).
  7. In a chat, turn Zerowhen on under + → Connectors if it isn't already.

Works on every plan (the free plan allows one custom connector). On Team and Enterprise plans an owner adds the connector for the organization first.

ChatGPT

  1. On chatgpt.com, open Settings → Apps → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
  2. Create a new app (connector): name Zerowhen, MCP server URL https://app.zerowhen.com/mcp, authentication OAuth.
  3. Sign in to Zerowhen when ChatGPT asks.

Developer mode is on the web, for Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Education accounts. ChatGPT asks you to confirm actions that change things.

Gemini

  1. On gemini.google.com, open Settings → Connected Apps.
  2. Under Custom apps, choose Add a custom app, paste https://app.zerowhen.com/mcp and click Next.
  3. Sign in to Zerowhen and approve.

Google's requirements: a personal Google account, and Keep Activity on (Settings → Activity); custom apps are added on the web and then work on mobile too. Google is rolling them out gradually (so far reported for the US, in English): if Settings has no Connected Apps → Custom apps, they aren't available to you yet.
